We walk the home first and write a plan you sign off on before we touch anything. Personal items, documents, jewelry, and photos get set aside in a clearly labeled keep bin for the family to review. Donatable items go to Habitat ReStore, Goodwill, or Open Door Mission. We can also coordinate an estate sale or auction through trusted local partners if the family wants to recover value first.
