A transformation is the whole garage — cleanout, floor, storage, and lighting — sequenced as one project under one project manager. Most homeowners who try to coordinate this themselves end up with a half-installed floor sitting in a pile of bins for three months because the cabinet guy and the epoxy guy each blamed the other. We don't do that. One quote, one schedule, one crew lead, one final invoice.
Electrical work (panel runs, dedicated circuits, EV outlets) is performed by our licensed electrical partner and pulled on a permit when required. Everything else is in-house. You'll get a single project manager from the first walkthrough to the final punch list.
